Gerard is a graduate of Construction Economics, (Bsc. Surv.) Bolton Street, DIT (2005).

Gerard has gained a vast level of Construction experience as a Quantity Surveyor & Senior Contracts Manager with Kingston Construction Ltd (1994 – 2011). Working on many large & medium sized projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Medical & Health Care, Educational & Recreational, Gerard was involved in all aspects of the project from initial tender process through to completion.

Gerard aims to bring this expertise to all Griffin Construction Services projects to ensure a professional Quality Service to all our Clients.
